FRANK CRAIN
President
Frank Crain is a hands-on manager who loves building and maintaining client relationships. He is passionate about seeing his clients' visions come to life, and he takes great pride in managing projects from preconstruction to completion.
Frank has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, and he has worked on a variety of projects, including commercial, industrial, renewable energy, low- and high-rise office buildings, warehouses, and retail shopping centers. He is a skilled project manager with a keen eye for detail, and he is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that his clients are satisfied.
In addition to his work, Frank is a dedicated husband and father. He is the proud father of two boys, and he enjoys spending time with his family. He is also an avid homebrewer and cook, and he loves spending time at the beach and in the mountains.

MONIQUE CRAIN
Chief Financial Officer
Monique is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of experience in senior management roles. She has a diverse financial background and strong organizational skills. As a board member of RAGNIR, she oversees all internal budgeting and accounting, financial reporting, risk management, banking and surety relationships, and contracts. She has been instrumental in the founding of RAGNIR and is committed to making the company financially stronger, more profitable, and able to perform at higher levels.
In her personal life, Monique enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, going on wine getaways, and cooking.
